Depends on the organisation, they all want to change the organisation of their own family (there’s always a better position or a better way to do things in your family, I know there is in mine), but try tell a PM that you want to change the organisation beneath him after he spent half of his life trying to promote his friends and relatives into this huge political ladder he recently managed to climb…
